Church-Wide Study

In mid-September, Pastor Larry will introduce an exciting 3-week series of sermons based Three Simple Rules, A Wesleyan Way Of Living, by Reuben P. Job.

We invite and encourage each congregation member to read the book, hear the sermons, and join others in small groups as we strive to understand and follow these rules which were the core ofJohn Wesley'S teachings. All of our children and youth will also study this series. We expect a group meeting at the church following Wednesday dinner. (We really mean "church-wide"!) Several congregation members have volunteered to host and facilitate small group discussions in their homes. We need a few more. Meetings need not be in homes-a group offive or six could meet for morning coffee at one of the coffee shops in town, or a morning mother's group while the children are in school, or a dinner group, etc. There are many possibilities. It is important that we use this opportunity to get together and explore our faith, and perhaps make some new friends in our church family. This is a short-term commitment, only three meetings, one each week of the series. To volunteer to host a group, contact Carol Hagy through the Church.
